SUP – Stand Up Paddle

The great appeal about standup paddleboarding is that no previous experience is required, and you do not have to be super fit to give it a try. It is much less demanding than regular surfing. Therefore it appeals to all ages, young and old. This makes it a great activity that families can share and do together. All ages and sizes can do Standup paddling. Once you have your balance, this is a very pleasant way to tour the ocean. Just cruise and relax, or pick up the pace for an isometric workout for your core muscles. Standup paddle surfing is a great way to get fit without having to work out. It is a way of exercising without even realizing it, just have fun. SUP Stand Up Paddle Details What you Need to Know: MINIMUM GROUP SIZE 4 people – If you are one person alone, we can allocate you to another group. The minimum age for Stand Up Paddle is 10 years, and all the participants must be able to fit safety equipment (if needed).

Activity Duration: 1:30 Hours ( Plus transportation time)
SUGGESTED STARTING TIME: 9 AM
DEGREE OF TECHNICAL DIFFICULTY: Light
RECOMMENDATIONS: You will need to bring a swimwear, change of clothes and a towel and sunscreen is recommended, water.
Stand Up Paddle can be subject to weather and water conditions.

INCLUDED: Accredited Monitor (tours or classes only), transportation, Stand Up Paddle equipment, and all security materials bath at the end of the event.

Your Tour of about  2 hours of training is a great way to experience Stand Up Paddle and you can hover beneath the surface of our amazing waters trip with the instructor and all gear included. Each individual student receives plenty of attention from the instructors. We go at each individual’s pace, slow and steady, or as fast as you can assimilate the information. There is much to learn, and we can cover beginners basics or more advanced skills for those students with some previous experience.
